20mm Waffen SS Winter Infantry range for wargame and collectors, made in white metal and ready to paint from our brand Plana Mayor.

This first range is dedicated to the Waffen SS. Inspired by the famous film captured by the American 3rd Armored Division during the Battle of the Bulge. The film was shot by a propaganda team on December 18, two days after the start of the German offensive. The film shows, among other graphic documents, the Kampfgruppe Hansen in action, one of the four battle groups of the 1st Panzer SS Leibstandarte Division. Hansen’s panzer grenadiers were responsible for the ambush on the road from Poteau to Recht of the 14th US Cavalry Group as shown in the film.

In addition to the Battle of the Bulge, this series of figures can also be used to recreate other miniature battles during the bitter winter of 1944 and the last months of World War II in Europe, for instance Hungary, Kurland, Pomerania, the Fall on the Reich, etc.

Our 20mm Waffen SS Winter Infantry range have been structured in squads bags, compatible with popular wargame rules system such as Battlegroup, Rapid Fire and Blitzkrieg among others. In addition can be easily adapted to any World War II tabletop rules.

The figures are made of metal at a scale of 20mm, compatible with scales 1/72 and 1/76. They are delivered unpainted and paints are not included. Some figures require minimum assembly with glue not included. They are not suitable for children under 14 years.
