Car chase on the chassis of a Panzer 38(t) Ausf. M, known as Panzerjäger Marder III, armed with the 7.5 cm anti-tank gun Pak 40/3. This model had the engine in the central part of the vehicle (the M stands for Mittelmotor, engine in the middle), with the cannon in the rear. It did not have a 7.92 mm machine gun in the hull. Of the three models in the Marder III series, it was the most manufactured with 975 units.
