The Sd.Kfz. 171 Panzer V Panther was the German answer to the Russian T-34 on which it was inspired. Considered by many as the best German tank of World War II, it was a medium tank although quite heavy (almost 45 tons), maneuverable and wide-tracked, very well armored, and better armed with a powerful 7.5 cm L/70 KwK 42 gun. The Ausf.G was the third and last version of the Panther. Some units implemented an steel wheel model such as the final Tiger I and Tiger II. Also an experimental system of infrared sights for night vision.
1/72 scale model kit of Dragon, 12,35 cm long approx. in hard plastic for assembly, glue not included. Decals included for 116.Pz.Div., 11.Pz.Div. (Bavaria 1945) and two unidentified units (Eastern Front and Balaton 1945). 3D printed parts to reproduce infrared sights. Not suitable for children under 14 years old.
